UDINZ Summer Site Tour of Godley Rd Development

Join UDINZ for a site tour of Godley Rd development with Olivia Poulsen of Haumaru Housing.

Haumaru Housing's Godley Road development brings 42 new one-bedroom homes for older Aucklanders in need of housing to 81A Godley Road, next door to their established Godley Court village.  The site sits in the heart of Green Bay's village centre, with the supermarket, medical centre, pharmacy and bus stops all a short walk along Godley Road. Residents can age in place, stay independent and remain connected to their community. The development is a 6-star Homestar development and was built using stackcell construction, enabling an accelerated programme. Construction is due to be completed end of October 2026, we have the opportunity to have the first look before tenants move in.
